If you provide your mobile number and agree to receive text
messages, the following terms apply:
- How you opt in: You opt in by submitting an inquiry form to a
business that uses OPS and agreeing to the consent language shown
on that form, or by otherwise expressly asking us to text you
about your inquiry.

communications connected with it.
- Message frequency varies, depending on your inquiry and the
follow-up it requires.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or

shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes, and
will not be sold, rented, or shared for any third party's own
marketing. Text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent are
excluded from any information sharing described in this policy.
HOW WE SHARE INFORMATION
We share your information only as needed to provide the service:
- With the business you contacted — your inquiry, and the follow-up
record attached to it, belong to that business.
- With service providers that run parts of our platform (such as
customer-relationship, phone, text-messaging, and email systems),
who may process information only on our instructions.
- When required by law, court order, or a lawful government
request, or to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of
others.
We do not sell your personal information.
DATA RETENTION AND SECURITY
We keep inquiry and message records for as long as the business
that received your inquiry needs them for its records, and as
required for our own business and legal obligations. We use
administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards
appropriate to the size of our business to protect the information
we hold. No system is perfectly secure; we cannot guarantee
absolute security.
YOUR CHOICES AND RIGHTS
- Opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP.

contacted, since your inquiry record belongs to that business.
