Systems, you agree to the following terms.

ABOUT THE MESSAGES

Opportunity Points Systems sends text messages to consumers who
have submitted an inquiry to a business that uses our platform
(for example, a roofing or other home-service company). We send
the messages on behalf of that business, and they relate to your
inquiry. They include:

- An acknowledgement that your inquiry was received
- Follow-up messages about your inquiry
- Appointment and booking communications connected with your
inquiry (scheduling, confirmations, and reminders)

HOW OFTEN WE SEND

Message frequency varies. It depends on your inquiry and the
follow-up it requires; there is no fixed schedule or set number
of messages.

COSTS

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile plan
and carrier. Any charges are billed by, and payable to, your carrier.

HOW TO OPT OUT

You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message.
After you reply STOP, you will receive one confirmation message
and no further text messages from us, unless you opt in again.

CARRIER LIABILITY

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Message delivery depends on your carrier's network and is not
guaranteed.

CONSENT

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchase
of any product or service.
